- Done very good job with water. Implemented “resort g” dispenser y’day with cuke and oranges in it
- Don3.e good job with walking committment since day 3. Walked yesterday even though sore.
- Done fair with lifting/fitness. Lame last 3 or 4 days.. done it, but not much of it. It is key, plan to get back on track today.
- Posting and Taoism. Good except for last 3 days. Can catch up today.
- Eating better, still too many sweets. But, eating less and making more good choices than before.
- I am getting stronger personally.
Overall, not bad.. curious how much weight I have lost.
