• Done very good job with water.  Implemented “resort g” dispenser y’day with cuke and oranges in it
  • Don3.e good job with walking committment since day 3.  Walked yesterday even though sore.
  • Done fair with lifting/fitness.  Lame last 3 or 4 days.. done it, but not much of it.  It is key, plan to get back on track today.
  • Posting and Taoism.  Good except for last 3 days.  Can catch up today.
  • Eating better, still too many sweets.  But, eating less and making more good choices than before.
  • I am getting stronger personally.

Overall, not bad.. curious how much weight I have lost.
